1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "885jl", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 885jl online gaming platform, its operators, and associated entities.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with 885jl. Creation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. Accounts linked by name, address, email, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or household may be considered duplicate accounts.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Credentials

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

885jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 885jl Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and to request supporting documentation. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — you may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

5.3 Deposit Limits

You may set voluntary deposit limits on your Account at any time. Increases to deposit limits will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. We may also impose mandatory limits on certain accounts in compliance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful identity verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for GCash and Maya, and within 1-3 business days for bank transfers. 885jl reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of disputes.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

Standard accounts may be subject to daily or weekly withdrawal limits as displayed on the Platform. 885jl does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts exceeding PHP 500; withdrawals below this threshold may incur a nominal processing fee.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to players. 885jl will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly, but we shall not be liable for any losses arising from malfunctions beyond the return of affected stakes.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by 885jl are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

In the event of a dispute between you and 885jl, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

9.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments

885jl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10.3 Assignment
